Orders are usually dispatched within 1 to 3 days.

Once dispatched, your order cannot be cancelled or modified.

Return / Replacement
Kindly take a clear video while opening the order when you receive it.

We can only consider a refund/ replacement if the following criteria is met with:
For damaged products: There is a clear damage to the product in the video sent by you. Once clarified, we will ship a new product to you.
For missing product: The product is clearly missing when you have opened all the packages in the video. Once we understand that a product is missing, we will ship the it to you at the earliest.
For returns: We do not accept returns. Kindly check your order before payment.
Kindly note: The scenarios can only be rectified if your issue is bought to our notice within 1 to 2 days of receival.
